Craig Morris is Certified Contractors of America's company founder and president. Craig Morris personally oversees all aspects of company operations. Craig is a third generation builder, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, father and Uncle. Working along side his father since he was a small boy, inspired Craig to get his General Contractors license at the age of 18, becoming one of Florida's youngest recipients.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT


Generally, a construction manager is hired in conjunction with the hiring of your Architect. We provide our experience and knowledge at the preliminary stages of your project, therefore incorporating many cost saving alternatives, also known as Value Engineering.


Working directly with the owner and the architect to develop a plan that takes into consideration all elements of the project. Such conditions as , utilities, foundations, structural systems ,mechanical and electrical requirements, etc. are tailored to the individual needs of the Owner. In addition, Certified Contractors of America will develop detailed bid packages fully describing the project and it's requirements, allowing sub-contractors to provide in depth proposals. This in turn will help to secure a more accurate budget. CCA will also prepare proposals for Lending institutions and assist in supplying the necessary documentation in order to obtain your loan.


Once your plans are drawn, they must be submitted for review and permitting by the City and County. Certified Contractors of America's experienced team will help you through this process. When you are ready to beginning the actually construction portion of the project be assured the quality of our work exceeds all local, county, state and health standards for environmental and regulatory guidelines. Many of our trade specialists have worked with us for several years adding the advantage of a proven track record of dependability.
